My Mac (Sequoia 15.2) running Bitdefender VPN (5.2.2.4) fails to connect when on a Charter/Spectrum.

    I think the issue is likely related to ISP-level restrictions, DNS settings, or network configurations. Charter/Spectrum is known to interfere with VPNs by blocking or throttling VPN connections. Try changing the VPN protocol in the Bitdefender VPN settings, and connect to a different server to see if it makes a difference. You can also try to remove Spectrum's default DNS and add Google’s DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare’s (1.1.1.1).
