Premium VPN subscription, but can't activate it on my devices

I have a subscription to the Premium VPN, but my iOS devices say I still have the standard plan. I've followed all the guidance I could find - restarting my device, uninstalling and re-installing the app from the invite QR code, clicking the "activate" link - nothing seems to work. I've had the VPN Premium for two years and thought I was using it correctly, but instead I was using the Mobile Protection that already comes with my Family Plan! I want a true VPN to protect all of my devices, whether Windows-based or iOS-based. Why is this so hard to get working right?

    You need to reallocate ALL your iOS devices to the new Bitdefender Premium VPN subscription, by following these steps:

    To add here, make sure you are logged in the VPN app using the same email address registered with Bitdefender Central, where the subscription is running, because the VPN app needs to be in sync with your account to work.

    A screenshot from your Central account would be helpful here (you can blur the email address), so we can understand exactly where the Premium VPN subscription is, what's its status and what other subscriptions you may have there, to advise on the next steps.
