I have a subscription to the Premium VPN, but my iOS devices say I still have the standard plan. I've followed all the guidance I could find - restarting my device, uninstalling and re-installing the app from the invite QR code, clicking the "activate" link - nothing seems to work. I've had the VPN Premium for two years and thought I was using it correctly, but instead I was using the Mobile Protection that already comes with my Family Plan! I want a true VPN to protect all of my devices, whether Windows-based or iOS-based. Why is this so hard to get working right?
