How to renew my licencecode ?

Did you purchase the new license to renew the current one and extend its validity? To rephrase, did you already have a license that was about to expire? I'm asking because you might be looking at the expiration date of the previous license instead of the new one. Have you entered the activation code of the new license in Central and if yes, did you receive the confirmation that it was activated successfully ? To check this, go to the 'My Subscriptions' tab in your account. If you can see two licenses there, then this means that the new one was not identical to the one that is about to expire, as such it was activated in parallel, and in this case you should have two licenses there overlapping for a while.
If you can attach a screenshot of what is displayed in your Central account, that would be helpful.

And just to add to Alex above reply, if needed, you could also contact support so they can check it out on their end.
Tick the Account, Billing & Subscription box, go through the prompts until you get to the Contact Support button. You will be given 3 support options, Chat can be the quickest way to get things resolved, or to at least head you in the right direction (phone support is not toll-free).

What do you mean by "Licence link" ? Do you have an activation code? Where did you get Bitdefender from?
