Central and Subscriptions

Subscription number are not adding up

I have two Bitdefender Premium Security subscriptions expiring in March. Each subscription has 10 seats but only 5 devices installed. I renewed one subscription, then tried to move devices from the second subscription to the extended subscription. When I tried to change the devices, it showed the renewed subscription has 7 devices, when there are only 5 listed on the subscription. This is keeping me from using all 10 seats on the extended subscription. What's taking the other two seats?

    Hello,

I think this is something that needs to be checked by the Support teams, as they have the required tools to check your account and advise how many slots are available on each subscription and how the devices are split between them. You can get in touch with the Bitdefender engineers by choosing one of the contact channels listed here:

    https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/help/

State your contact reason, choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.

If possible, kindly follow up with the outcome here as well, so we can close the loop on this.

  • Thank you Alex. The issue has been resolved. I needed to clean up my subscriptions and make sure each device has the antivirus and the vpn under the same subscription, or else it is occupying 2 slots. I had devices with antivirus under one subscription and the VPN under the other.

  • You're welcome and I'm glad to hear it was resolved. Enjoy your Bitdefender and have a good time ahead!

I'll go ahead and close this thread then.
