Subscription
I have Bitdefender total security until August 2025. My devices are telling me web protection is turned off. When I try to turn it on it asked me to pay for it. It is also saying I need to upgrade. I'm confused. I thought BD Total Security covered web protection.

Could you please be more specific, by "My devices" you mean "Android" or "iOS" or "Windows" devices?

If you are referring to mobile devices, then yes, Total Security covers both Android and iOS devices. First, I would check if the Bitdefender Mobile Security app installed on those devices is actually linked with your Bitdefender Central account, where the Total Security subscription is running. Because if you are logged in with another email address, it's possible that you are using a trial version, hence the message to purchase a paid subscription.
The features of the Bitdefender product will change according to the subscription available on the Central account. This would be the first thing to check, simply logout and log back in using the BMS app on your Android/iOS device, depending on what you're using.Regards,
