How do i contact (consumer) support?

The support link on the "welcome" page just takes me to a page that lists products, . That page also gives you a "support" link, which takes you back to itself. Chat is supposed to be 7/24, but there is no link to it. T he blogs have nothing to do with solving technical issues. There is no email link. Holy obfuscation, Batman!

    According to @Alexandru_BD, who works for Bitdefender:

    "Indeed, there has been a short outage for the Support page last night at around 2:30 AM local time (RO), but this was resolved swiftly.".
