Android 16 One UI 6.1 BD Mobile Security Web Protection Keeps Turning Off

Hello.

My specs:

Samsung Galaxy A34 5G (SM-A346B/DSN)

Android 14

One UI 6.1

Android Security Patch Level February 1, 2025

Google Play System Update January 1, 2025

BD Mobile Security 3.3.258.2486

Today i noticed that Web Protection keeps turning off by itself.

On the dashboard of the app, i click on TURN ON, next i click on the Home button, then i reopen the app, and the app wants me to turn on Web Protection again, so it seems that the Web Protetion module turns off by itself.

I tried the steps from this article, but without success:

I tried to turn on the Web Protection several times, restarted the phone several times, but with no luck, the Web Protection simply keeps turning off by itself, in other words no matter what i do, it keeps turning off.

Just to mention that i had no issues with the Web Protection module with the previous version of the app.

I already reported the issue to Support team, ticket from Chat 1010011416.

    Hello.

    I really don't what happened in the meantime, but it seems that the app is now working without any issues, the Web Protection issue has been resolved by itself.
