BD stops me conducting a SFC/Scannow with this popup

Just updated W10 to Win 11, I got a message on booting that P17RunE.dll could not be found. So thought I'd run SFC to see if that could find it. That brought up this BD popup

Is there a fix for this? I DO NOT want to re-install BD as this always seems to cause more problems than it fixes!

    Hi @trapper

    Run this command first: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth then run sfc /scannow

You have a bad restore image, the dism.exe command will repair this image which after you should have no issue running the sfc command, make sure you run it as administrator.

Thank you for your reply. I have now fixed that problem, I did a search on deleting the P17RunE.dll, that brought up a few options, one of which was to install CCLeaner>tools> startup I then found the file in that page along with all my other startup items. I noted that it was listed but without a publisher. Whereas all the others did list a publisher so I deleted that line- program>publisher>file then rebooted.

The popup didn't popup. I was able to run SFC so now all fixed (I hadn't used CCLeaner for years)
