Okay, so finally, I resolved my issue by simply resetting my web browser to default and reinstalling the Bitdefender Password Manager extension.

Thanks for your patience @Flexx. This seems to have fixed it. It's actually an improvement in that it logs in automatically now without the screen coming up where I have to click the Unlock Vault button.
