issue with firewall

I installed BD TS Trial to see what its like to buy,

it seemed OK, then I went into the firewall option to allow my DLNA server through, i couldn't not slide the page up or down, click on any links or buttons (which were obvious you were supposed to) other pages slid up and down.

whats this issue and why cant i do anything on the firewall section, this is a deal breaker for me as I need to know what accessing the web.

EDIT: you cant even choose firewall from the category list???? not very reliable site or service?

Hi @P4CMAN,

So, you can access the Firewall tab in the Bitdefender UI, but you cannot navigate through the settings there? Does the Firewall appear as enabled? Check if the toggle is switched ON (blue position), or disabled (grayed out).
Can you post a screenshot of that section, please?
I think what you are experiencing could be related to the Base Filtering Engine Service (BFE). If this is the case, you can try the steps from the following article:

Let us know how it goes and if the Firewall becomes operational after following the troubleshooting steps described above.
