Trial Starts for Wrong Subscription

I wanted to a 30-day trial subscription for Bitdefender Ultimate Security Plus (with unlimited VPN) instead I got one for BitDefender Total Security. What can I do?

Hello.

The Bitdefender Ultimate Security Plus suite includes these programs/services:

• Bitdefender Total Security (Bitdefender Total Security for Windows, Bitdefender Antivirus for macOS, Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android and Bitdefender Mobile Security for iOS);
• Bitdefender Premium VPN (for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS);
• Bitdefender Password Manager (for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS);
• Identity Protection; and
• Financial Fraud Protection.

As you can see, Bitdefender Total Security is part of the Bitdefender Ultimate Security Plus suite.

There is no standalone program called Bitdefender Ultimate Security Plus for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS.

It is only a suite of different products/services.
