Hello,
Some features are limited for certain protocols in the current implementation of Bitdefender VPN. You can read more about VPN features availability here:
There's also a newer (b) version that I recommend, this is more stable and delivers improved performance, and you can get it by reinstalling your VPN app.
I have now moved this thread in the dedicated VPN section of the forum.

Just following up on this, since you still have the Hydra protocol available, this means that you are using the previous version and I would recommend to get in touch with the Support teams, as they can migrate your VPN to the new version (b). You can use this link to get in touch with them:
State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
