Automatische Abo Verlängerrung beenden

Hallo,

ich kann die automatische Abo Verlängerrung nicht beenden. Ich wurde auch nicht Informiert das im Februar verlängert wird. Ich wollte ein anderes Produkt bestellen und zwar Total Security.

    Hi,

    I cannot end the automatic subscription extension. I was also not informed that it will be extended in February. I wanted to order another product, Total Security.

    You should contact support to see what they can do for you. Tick the Purchase & Manage Subscription box, go through the prompts until you get to the Contact Support button. You will be given 3 support options, Chat can be the quickest way to get things resolved, or to at least head you in the right direction (phone support is not toll-free).

    There is also an option on the top right of the page to change the language.
