Does anyone know if it's possible to upgrade Bitdefender Family Pack to Bitdefender Ultimate Security Family Pack?

That is something more that we can do here on the forum, but to lead you to Support who will be able to help you with your question.

From the below link, tick the Account, Billing & Subscription box, go through the prompts until you get to the Contact Support button. You will be given 3 support options, Chat can be the quickest way to get things resolved, or to at least head you in the right direction, also email and phone support, which is not toll-free.
