I would like to understand more about the behavior that you are experiencing. From your description, I'm assuming that the PC is no longer seen in the GravityZone console as a managed entry.
This can happen if the PC no longer has Bitdefender installed and the entry was completely removed from your GravityZone Network view, which will require a reinstall of the Bitdefender product, or if there is a filter in the Network view that is hiding the protected PC, which would require a reset of all filters. Still, I would recommend opening up a case with our Enterprise Support team by completing the contact form from here.

Yes, the PC is no longer visible in the GravityZone console as a managed entryand I have reinstalled Bitdefender several times, but Bitdefender still doesn't work and the PC is no longer visible in the GravityZone console.
