Hi Bitdefender Support,
I am feeling concerned about this auto renewal of 25.03.2025.
Previously, I was getting a significant discount on Total Security Individual, around $59.99 per annum.
You now want to Auto-charge me $149.99. Looks like the discount has been removed from the renewal this time. Without any notice.
And when I examine the intended charge for Total Security, it is the same price as Premium Security, so it looks like I’m being overcharged there too.
I’m not going to buy anything from you if I cannot trust you on pricing.
Please can you explain this and rectify?
