Unable to Upgrade On-Premises Console and can't submit request using contact us

I received notification that GravityZone 6.41.2-1 was available for upgrading.When I log into my console, it shows current version of 6.40.1-1 and 6.41.2-1as available, but there is no upgrade button. Current status lists as "up to date".

I found a previous article regarding logging into an ssh console and issuing /opt/bitdefender/bin/pkg-update check and pkg-update report but both commands return "invalid parameter, use 'dist-upgrade' or 'update'"

When i tried to use the "Contact Us" form, it appears to go through then returns *Please try again after sometime.

    Hello,

    The fact that the upgrade button is not available could mean that the GravityZone Appliance was not able to download the update fully from the repository. The commands listed are unfortunately obsolete and will not work anymore. You could input the following commands to check the update status:

    gzcli check-requirements
    gzcli get-update-plan


    In order to investigate this update issue, I would recommend to open up a case with the Enterprise Support team.
