I Bought BD Total Security Subscript And It Says I'm On Trial.

    Hello @Sauce

    At the top right of your Bitdefender desktop UI click on My Account, then it will show you an option to Switch Account. Enter your email and password used for your Central account, and see if it refreshes your subscription status.

    Otherwise, you should contact support, and they will be able to sort it out for you. Tick on the Purchase & Manage Subscription box, go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support button. You will be given 3 support options, Chat can be the quickest way to get things resolved or at least to head you in the right direction. There is also email and phone support, which is not toll-free.
