Kinda worrying here.

I was having issues with BitDefender so I uninstalled and reinstalled. During the reinstall my windows firewall dropped for 2-3 minutes. I freaked out, the firewall went back up after the install. I ran a full scan and even a MRT scan and found nothing. Am I being paranoid or should I be worrying?
