Bitdefender has NEVER been able to protect my OUTLOOK

Bitdefender will not protect my outlook email. Regardless if its any of my PCs. I have several. It doesnt matter if it is a brand new one. It doesnt matter how many times I have replaced my OS. Win 11 Pro and Win 10 Pro. Support has had a plethora of tickets and we went back and forth over times in some of the numerous support requests. It works on Gmail just fine on all machines. Furthermore, my MS account found that I have been constantly being charged just over 100.00 every month to month in a half. Sometimes 3 months. I look at my subscriptions in Central and I have had between 150 to 200 days left on all modules. Yet, these charges just keep coming. I was even told they would reimburse or give me a super large discount for the email not being protected. I have to try and run another Virus program parallel to Bitfdefender. And that causes its own issues. So, im paying for all their modules. Then, i have to pay for Netgear Armor for my router which almost covers the same things BD does. I have to pay for that as well. Im about to have to give up my router and move on to something that has protection built in. Netgear Armor is an excellent product. Its kept the nasty malware at bay AT THE ROUTER LEVEL and keeps that ****** off of my network. If something slips through I expect BD to catch that stuff. But, ive been infected by my outlook email. MY 25 YEAR EMAIL. All of my contacts for 1/4 of a century are connected to it. Im not sorting through over 4500 contacts to change email clients. Im very pissed. This has been going on for several years now. Then the effing Secure Pass really screwed things up. I have spent the last 3 days getting my password manage back online. But, it only attaches to Chrome and most likely not for long. Does anyone have any solutions for any of this crap. These people are ripping me off Id have to say at this point. Im so tired of it. This while fighting cancer and the damage done by radiation. This is bullshit.y

That sounds incredibly frustrating, and you shouldn’t have to deal with this, especially while going through such a tough time. If Bitdefender keeps failing you and overcharging, you might want to escalate the issue—file a complaint with your bank for unauthorized charges and consider reaching out to consumer protection agencies. For Outlook security, try enabling Microsoft Defender or using a dedicated email security tool like Proofpoint or MailWasher. Also, if Netgear Armor is working well, maybe switching to a security suite that integrates better with it could save you some money and stress. Hope you find a solid solution soon—stay strong!
