How to stop VPN popup from happening on boot up?

Have the paid for version of BD Total Security. After a power on boot into Windows 11, 24H2, the VPN window pops up. I don't want to use the VPN. Here's a sample of the popup:

What is the setting to stop the VPN popup from happening?

    I should add that I have BD Total Security on another HP i3 Win11, 24H2 PC and the VPN popup does NOT happen on it. I compared the settings between it and my self built Core Ultra 7, 265K PC runnng Win11, 24H2 and have not found any differences. Can't figure out why the VPN popup happens on the Core Ultra 7 PC but not on the HP i3 PC.

    Need help!
