downloaded this today. Had Totalsecurity. VPN is updated to premium, but my Total security still says ineed to extend and stopping tomorrow. So same issue as Dave

Unsure who Dave is or what issue he was experiencing, but if you've previously used Total Security and have renewed your protection manually by purchasing a new Premium Security subscription, the new suite will be activated in parallel in your Central account, since the two products are not identical. Since by the time you read this your Total Security subscription/license would have expired, I assume your devices are now protected by Premium Security? Let us know if that's the case, or if you reached Bitdefender Support in the meantime.
