Problem with Safepay unable to access my banking account

Hello.

For several days now trying to access my banking account through Safepay results in this error message:

Erreur ERR_CONNECTION_RESET(101)

It works fine with other sites, and I can get to my account using a regular browser.

Any idea of what went wrong and how to correct it?
