Fresh Windows install

I currently have an active Bitdefender Total Security package. My Windows 10 laptop ran into unrepairable problems so i had to do a fresh install back to factory settings. How do i re-install Bitdefender WITHOUT losing one of my "USER LIVES"

Hi,

If you have a running Bitdefender subscription, go to https://central.bitdefender.com/ and sign in.
Remove the Windows 10 device from there, to free up the slot (even if it's the same device, this was a previous installation which no longer applies since you reverted to factory settings. So, after you remove the device from the "My Devices' section in Central, simply reinstall Bitdefender on that device.
