How can I protect my nephew, who has Down syndrome?

Hi,

My sister-in-law has a 35-year-old son with Down syndrome who wants to have a smartphone. Unfortunately, he often ends up downloading the wrong things and visiting inappropriate websites. I have the Bitdefender Family Pack— is there a way I can lock down his phone to help protect him from harmful content?
