Stop it asking me to login often?

Bitdefender on MacOS asks me to login on multiple computers every few days. I am so tired of this that I am about to uninstall and cancel my subscription. Any way to stop this? I am not over my subscription limit in terms of installs. I have checked that multiple times. The login always works, but it keeps prompting me over and over, roughly every 3-4 days.

For starters, I think you need to enable debug mode in Antivirus for Mac. Open the Bitdefender application, press cmd + shift + D on your keyboard, then from the app's help menu, click on the entry "Enable Debug Mode". From this moment on, the logs are written by the daemons and the application. Then you'll have to wait (maybe a few days) to reproduce the issue. After that, you can collect the logs using the Profiler tool, then send them to the Bitdefender Support teams for analysis. For more context, the Profiler utility is used by the Bitdefender support team to diagnose and troubleshoot Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac installation failures or product issues. As for troubleshooting steps you could try, I would recommend the following:
- uninstall the product
- reboot in safe mode
- login in safe mode
- reboot normally
- reinstall the product using a new agent downloaded from Bitdefender Central
The logs can be enabled all this time by using the debug mode explained above, and this will gather useful information.

To get immediate update, make use of the chat option. Once the AI chatbot recommends a series of solutions, you can type in the chat, 'transfer to an agent,' and you will be transferred to a Bitdefender support agent. Bitdefender support may require logs and will assist you in generating them.
Also, ensure you do not have any ad-blocker or privacy-blocker extensions enabled, as they might prevent the chat window from appearing.
