False positive detection with our Android apps
Hello, we try with a post here after submitting your false positive form and sending a couple of emails to virus_submission@bitdefender.com in the past few weeks with no reply, because some of our customers which are also BitDefender customers reported that our apps are detected as "Android.Monitor.Cerberus.J"
Perhaps the reason of the detections could be very old versions of our apps, or the fact that a banking trojan with the same name (Cerberus) exists? We had the same issue with some other antivirus solutions, and all the other vendors removed their detection after a review, could we get some feedback from you as well? Thanks a lot!

Hello.
Only the anti-malware researchers at Bitdefender Labs can help you with the issue.
You should report the file(s) and/or the URL(s) as false positive to Bitdefender Labs here:
https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/29358/
You could also share the VirusTotal link of the scanned file(s) and/or the URL(s) to the anti-malware researchers.
Regards.1
