Bitdefender SecurePass isn't working on Chrome
When I create new sign ons or change existing passwords in chrome, the system is not saving them.

Hello @kaz55
Can you please give us more details? What operating system do you use and what browser version? What is the specific behavior you are encountering - loading page? an error message? No visible unexpected behavior, except the data not being stored?
Are saving the passwords in the Chrome Passwords or in SecurePass? The 2 applications cannot communicate - in order to get the data from chrome, you need to export it from there and then import into SecurePass. Afterwards, if you are logged into SecurePass, when a new login is detected, SecurePass will prompt you to store the data.
We will do our best to help you through this, but we do not the above details to try and reproduce the behavior.
Thank you!

Hi dbadulici,
Thanks for helping. I'm using the latest version of Chrome on a Windows 11 laptop which is also up to date. I have now worked out how to import passwords into SecurePass, so that part is mostly fixed. I am now doing a clean up of my passwords as some of them are not very secure. Of the 6 or 7 passwords I updated, that were in the vault, I only had a couple of requests from SecurePass to update the password, then when I went back into that account the password had not updated in the vault.
I am not getting any error messages when I update or put in a password on an account it isn't in the vault, just no request to save the new password.
Thanks!
