Bitfender VPN connection get stuck after new activation

Hi,
I just purchased a new Bitfender VPN Premium licence.
After installation and activation on my Mac, any attempt to connect to locations runs into an infinite loop and gets stuck.
My internet connection is fine, and I have tried to install/uninstall several times, and restart my Mac.
The same issue still occurs.
I will appreciate any help
