Can Chrome trust the SecurePass extension?

Hello,
When trying to add the SecurePass extension to Chrome from https://chromewebstore.google.com/ a warning window pops up saying secure browsing does not trust this extension.
I just followed the link from Bitdefender Central. Given the already low rating and complaints is it even worth installing?

We are currently looking into why the warning appears when installing on chrome with enhanced safe browsing enabled, and we will come back with more answers as soon as we can.
