I cannot open the installation file to open my Bitdefender.. I happens on both computers i have.

Same issue. Installed fine on my windows 11 laptop. On android table and phone get message that not linked to subscription. Also, cannot get Antivirus Plus to install on anything but my laptop. It keeps installing Bitdefender Mobile.

Which Antivirus Plus version do you have? I'm asking because previously this product was only available for Windows devices. Anyway, I think it's hard to figure out what the problem might be from the description above alone. More details are required, how are you trying to install, which version do you have exactly, what install errors are displayed (if any), etc.
