New design for Networks in Bitdefender GravityZone
A few questions regarding the new design under Networks in Bitdefender GravityZone.
There are two general issues that make working with the new design significantly more time-consuming:
- Where have the red indicators in the tree gone, the ones that showed there were issues in a particular branch? It used to be very quick and passive to see: "OK, there's a problem" or "All clear!" Now we have to actively hunt for issues.
This is currently extremely frustrating for us, as we've neatly mapped all our locations and departments in the network tree.
1.1. Why don't machines with problems get a red indicator anymore? It's nice that there's a column with that information, sure – but the red exclamation mark was much more noticeable and effective! - Drag and drop. The effort involved in moving devices within the tree structure is way higher than before.
If this isn’t just a busywork-generating measure, then we really don’t understand the removal of this feature.

How is it possible to switch back to the old design?

Thank you for your feedback, I will share it with our Product Management(PM) team. The redesign of the Network section was a business decision based on the feedback that we gathered from customers in order to simplify this section and make it more user friendly. I understand that for your this change generated frustration and did not led to the expected results so I will share the feedback directly to PM.\
This new network design has completely replaced the old one as stated in our Release Notes: New Network in general availability
Regarding the submit feedback from GravityZone you should be able to submit it using the "Feedback" button from the upper right corner inside the Network section.
If you have an error message or an issue please open a case with our Enterprise Support so we can investigate why it's not working.
