GravityZone Policy Sync doesn't load rules in Firewall

Greetings,

My EDR GUI doesn't list all the rules. I attached screenshots to compared the policy from Gravityzone with that of my client.

Must I reboot?

Using Small Business Security license

    Hello @Septimiu ,

    The list of policies rules that you see in the BEST GUI for a particular endpoint are the ones applied at that time. You will not see there the list of configured policy rules, those are visible in the GravityZone console.

    If you feel that one rule is not applied correctly we can investigate with support by opening a case with us.
