How to activate Bitdefender Antivirus Free

I downloaded the installer for Bitdefender Antivirus Free from here - https://www.bitdefender.com/en-us/consumer/free-antivirus . I installed the application and now I'm trying to use it. However it insists that I need an activation code or a paid subscription:

So, what activation code I need to input in order to use the Free version? I'm not interested in the paid version. Or maybe the "Free" version is just a bait for a paid version?

I tried to contact the Support ( https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/help/ ) via the email form, but I got a blank screen after I sent the request. I tried also to use the chat function, but again nothing happened. Do you offer support for your products?
