2FA reset on GravityZone

Hi all,

I have been using Google Authenticator, but the SEP inside my IPhone seems more secure since iOS 18, and want to fallback to its builtin authenticator (now accessible via the Passwords app).

Unfortunately Bitdefender Gravityzone doesn't let me disable 2FA so that I can scan the QR again.

Can I get some help please?

For 2FA reset you need to reach out to our Enterprise Support using your main GravityZone email address so we know you are an admin.
