How can I validate my email address in Bitdefender mobile security?

I have Bitdefender Premium installed on PCs and my mobile. If I look up Scan accounts in Bitdefender Mobile Security it tells me my email address is not validated. If I try to validate it I never get the validation email! Is this a fault?

If the code still doesn't arrive, head to this link to get in touch with Bitdefender Support for further assistance:
State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
