Infected File Detected
Started getting Bitdefender Total Security Warnings : Infected File Detected
Says: Gen:Variant.Lazy.492798 (can't find any information on this)
It then quarantined the file, I use interface to delete it on the 5th. It re-appeared but slightly different version and it quarantined and I deleted it again.
On May 5:
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_19.2504.30081.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\WebViewHost.exe
On May 6:
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_19.2505.34221.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\WebViewHost.exe
WebViewHost.exe is under the WindowsApps folder which is owned by TrustedInstaller.
Will it keep downloading it? Will Bitdefender keep flagging WebViewHost.exe?
Not sure what to do or how to prevent this loop. Please add any help.
