Try SecurePass for first time, asking Masterpassword. Do not know wich one masterpass word. I want to stap over from Passwordmanager to SecurePass. What to do..???

The master password is used to encrypt and unlock your SecurePass vault. It is not stored by Bitdefender, making it crucial for protecting your data. You need this password to access all the information stored in SecurePass. If you forget your master password, you can use the recovery key (saved during the setup process) to reset it and regain access to your vault. Simply open the Bitdefender SecurePass app, browser extension, or web client, and log in with your Bitdefender account. Click on “Lost password?” and enter your recovery key to reset your master password.

Important!

If you’ve lost both your master password and recovery key, contact support for help resetting your account. This will permanently erase all data stored in your vault. After the reset, you’ll be able to set a new master password and receive a new recovery key.
