Bitdefender Box 2 - Power Issue

Hi,

I have a Bitdefender Box 2 but it does not power on. I have tried the usual paper clip hold for 10 seconds reset, and I have successfully tested the 12v power supply from the wall but no lights.

There is power to the box but it refuses to start up /show any lights.

Would appreciate any pointers. Also, what do you need from me?

Model No.: BT11021000
Power: 12.0V. 2.0A

I can also supply the S/N if req'd.

To get immediate update, make use of the chat option. Bitdefender support may require logs and will assist you in generating them.

Also, ensure you do not have any ad-blocker or privacy-blocker extensions enabled, as they might prevent the chat window from appearing.
