Moving from the freestanding SecurePass to the one included with Total Security

My Internet Security and freestanding SecurePass subscriptions will expire in a few days. I have purchased and Installed Total Security to replace them. My question is how do I handle the move from the freestanding SecurePass to the one included with Total Security?

I have deleted the extensions from Firefox (and Chrome) and downloaded a fresh SecurePass extension for Firefox from within my Total Security subscription. After I login via my Central Account password, it displays the screen to login to my Vault for the old freestanding version.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello!

The SecurePass app is the same for both the standalone subscription, as well as the TS subscription - reinstalling the app was not necessary :)

Feel free to login and use SecurePass the same as before! Please let us know if we can help further.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I still have a problem, when I deleted the Firefox and Chrome extensions, I also deleted the SecurePass button in Safepay. How do I get it back?
