I have recently purchased Ultimate Security and have got the VPN working on my laptop (so assume the router firewall is OK) but not on iPhone or iPad.
On iPhone, after ‘instal’, no configuration is showing and I get error code 9 message…but none of the fixes offered seem to help.
On iPad, I have a configuration loaded but still get error code 9 message.
Tech Support are working on it but seem to be struggling. Does anyone have experience or suggestions that could help?
