Bitdefender Mobile Free does not start automatically in ZTE smartphone (Android)

Hi @agozob, i had Bitdefender Mobile Free installed on a phone ZTE of a friend of mine.
It installed correctly and works correctly.
The status icon appears next to the clock, so it indicates that it is active.

However, after rebooting or turning off/on Bitdefender Mobile Free does not start automatically and in fact the icon does not appear next to the clock.
I also tried downloading an antivirus test apk to see if it would start working anyway but nothing.
Only after opening from the icon does it start working and also remove the test apk.
In the ZTE settings there is no "autostart" setting in which to allow Bitdefender Mobile Free to start automatically.
So it should do it without any particular setting in this model of Smartphone.
Is it possible to solve this problem?

I unfortunately cannot help you with this issue, since it's not related to the detection technologies, but rather to the Bitdefender Antivirus app itself (the inner workings of which I have no knowledge about). You're best off writing to the support team.
