several subscriptions

Hello,

I have 4 subscriptions, 3 total security and 1 total security premium.

I want to use the VPN from the premium subscription but I cant choose what to install. The system always install the not premium one.

At the premium I have 2 more users free to install out of 10.

How can I choose what to install?

ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.

Let's not hijack @makis1023's thread, please. 🙂 But I was about to suggest that you can try multiple protocols to find out which one works best for you.
But generally speaking, there's a checklist for whenever you encounter connectivity issues with the VPN and you can find it here:

@makis1023 regarding your inquiry, I also think it's best to get in touch with the Support teams, as they can view the details of your account and advise accordingly.

is your vpn working? Cause mine isn't working I can't figure out why. on any device no matter what I try.
