Central is showing ant theft is correctly setup, with all permissions granted on mobile…

Will remote erase work WITHOUT location function being active On Android phone?

(Assuming device was not in flight mode and provider 4g turned on).

Based on your explanation as above, assuming the selected device was not in flight mode and the 4G/5G provider is turned on, the anti theft should work upon activating it from Bitdefender Central.
