Although you sent the Bitdefender product download link to your spouse via your Bitdefender Central account, if it is still asking for an activation code—which is unusual—you can simply sign in to your spouse Bitdefender product using your Bitdefender login details. This will activate her Bitdefender product under your subscription.

Select, How to's & Troubleshooting Bitdefender products→Troubleshooting→I don't know→Contact Support→ You will get the option of chat, call or email.

If you've purchased a family plan and you are the subscription owner, you must first activate the Bitdefender subscription, then you can invite family members and they are no longer required to enter an activation code to install protection on their devices. So, after sending the invite from your account, setup instructions are emailed right away to the new members. Family members have 24 hours to accept your invite once it’s emailed to them, and Invited members will appear with the status “Invited”. You will see them as “Active” members after they accept the invitation.
