VPN connects, but not working

Bitdefender VPN connects but does not open any sites. It was not like this before. I was able to find a fast connection with a few tries. I tried everything that was written on the internet but nothing changed. I am starting to think I am being scammed.

Hello @eolian,

First, I would recommend to try switching between protocols to see which one works for you. So, open the VPN app and go to Settings → Advanced → Protocols to try them out. Are you using the VPN on Windows, or other OS?
There's no scam here, let's be serious. Something is preventing the VPN from actually connecting to servers, and it will take some troubleshooting to find the root cause, because this can happen for a number of reasons, including network restrictions, strict firewall settings, internet access, DNS settings, and the list goes on.
