Hi - I have had emails confirming my purchase and confirming my email - but I cannot see an activation code that I need to confirm purchase.

Have you previously ordered Bitdefender on the website, or is this your first purchase? I'm asking because automatic activation of a subscription may occur for recurring Bitdefender purchases processed by 2Checkout.
Automatic activation is available only for current Bitdefender users who meet the following conditions:
If the new acquisition matches the name and seat number of a product already active in your Central account (e.g. both Bitdefender Total Security, 5 users) then the old subscription will be extended automatically.
To check if this is the case, go to Bitdefender Central and click on 'My subscriptions' tab.
