Multiple websites being blocked, or connections being blocked (commerce sites)

We are experiencing a few sites being blocked when Bitdefender is running. They do not show up in the firewall nor content control as being blocked. I have attempted to allow these sites in the content control and that still is not working. We have to disable BD to perform these functions and then re-enable it. I am working on pulling the logs, is there anything else that can be done here?

Hello @jakefreese,

Please ensure that you have added the exclusions for the Policy that is applied on the endpoint in Network Protection -> General -> Exclusions.

Make sure to use wildcards when adding websites because it's important to "catch" the URL that you want to exclude so using wildcards gives a looser approach without knowing the exact URL.

Secondly, make sure you have enabled the Intercept Encrypted Traffic and Scan HTTPS features.

If this does not resolve your issue please continue the investigation with our Enterprise Support as we will need a set of logs to be analyzed.

I did have it setup per the instructions. It was not a BitDefender issue, it was the financial company problem. They kept telling us it was our side that was not working when it was theres.
