Several times after I've turned on VPN with my daily allowance of 200 mb I have exited after using a portion of that memory. I then turn off VPN when I exit but when I turn it back on the balance I had at exit has disappeared. This morning I had a balance of 150 mb left on VPN when I exited from Facebook. When I turned VPN back on that balance was gone. This is not the first time this has happened.
