BitDefender suddenly turning up a ton of Suspicious.Cloud threats

After a BitDefender for Mac update yesterday, my Mac started detecting threats today in various old email files. I let it do a full system scan and it found over 100 "threats", all of the "Suspicious.Cloud.13.0000FE" variety. I know that these are cloud-based detections and not necessarily correct, but I'm not sure how to tell if they're legit.
